JULY 25th FHL Circle Celebration

Located at the monument circle in Indianapolis.This will be a time of city intercession with worship and praise, shofar blowers, dancers, flags and prayers and a drum circle. Drummers bring your drums ! Bring blanket or chairs to sit on.

Worship starts at 2pm. Come early and enjoy the atmosphere!!!

Come join Donna Cherry, FHL Citywide Prayer Overseer, as she trains and empowers the body of Christ to reach the lost. Donna will be teaching how to use a simple and effective evangelism tool that clearly presents the gospel and leads people through the sinner’s prayer. This tool can be used the rest of FHL Week 2010 to win the lost at any cost.

Revival Ministries International developed the tool and has seen close to a million souls saved.  She has seen souls come to Christ in Indianapolis, Louisville, Chicago, and Phoenix. This outreach will be located at 10th and Rural area. Canopies and tables will be set up in the NW lot as you witness and pray for people on the streets. Tracts, bibles etc. will be availible to give out.  Random acts of kindness as in giving away water and or picking up trash will be offered also. Free Popsicles will be given out to the people.

It’s Harvest Time! - FHL Week July 25th – 31st

Learn about who FHL is, how to be a part of bringing in the Harvest!  Come and celebrate with us as we kick off the week with the Circle Celebration 7/25 .

Faith Hope and Love International, Inc. is a citywide ministry birthed by Merlin Gonzales after he went on a missions trip and realized that our mission field is right where we live. The scriptures say to go to Jerusalem first, then to the ends of the earth. FHL mobilizes existing community resources in any area of the 7 mountain mandates, then mobilizes them to begin to love the city in tangible ways.

I got involved with Faith Hope and Love International www.fhlinternational.org as the CityWide prayer coordinator leading monthly prayer meetings and worship for the city of Indianapolis.  I also equip believers to reach out to the harvest.  Here’s a quick clip of when we trained believers in one session to “Go” to the byways and right away we saw 21 come to the Lord in just over an hour!  The training ; then the outreach, one week later.  Basically it’s an evangelistic tool that gets spirit filled people activated to evangelize and this method is used by other ministries around the world with great success.

We will teach and activate the believers to move in healing in tangible ways to His people in order bring healing to the city.  Participation is expected. You will be amazed to see God flow out of you ! This is a new “project ” for our FHL Week and is not done in any other areas, so I would love the pray-ers to be able to execute this move and pray for laborers to be sent to the harvest.  Unless we learn to minister and bring in the presence and power of the Lord we won’t see the cities changed.

FHL WEEK 2010

During FHl Week 2010 (see below) we want to invite believers to be quickly trained and minister with us to those in the byways and highways and bring in the harvest.  The harvest is ripe as we are experiencing – but the laborers are few.

More information will be sent for the location to meet each day.  We all start at a local area in the city with a short devotion, worship and training then we all go together.  The training and the whole week’s cost is a $10 (per person) registration fee for supplies  and we encourage people to buy a FHL t-shirt for $15.  The registration form is self-explanatory and you can also register online; visit www.fhlinternational.org

Faith Hope and Love Week: July 25th – July 31st : we have one week which has been acknowledged by the government called “FHL Week” where aproximately up to 120 churches and 2000 volunteers will be networked together to do projects all over the city as a missions week. The impact on the volunteers as they unite together is amazing as they have now found a way to reach out with their passion of their heart and are given the tools to “Go ye  and make a difference“. The community’s impact is that literally there is so much accomplished that it would take 2-3 years to accomplish otherwise.  Anyone can participate all week or just one or two days.  It’s a great way to get your heart changed .

July 25th FHL Week 2010- Kickoff Circle Celebration

We would love to have anyone be apart of our annual Circle Celebration at the Indianapolis monument circle as we have a time of worship, shofars, dancers, flag wavers, and drum circle with prayer warriors to pray for the city.  We still could use drummers and experienced shofar players for the circle.

Several of you expressed a desire to be part of the prayer walk at the circle to start FHL Week 2010 on July 25th. You are invited to a planning meeting at the FHL office at 8383 Craig street, 7:30 pm, on  June 7th.  We will share the plans and see where you would like to be involved . There will be, again this year, a drum circle, prayer strategy, shofar, time of worship, prayer over the 7 mountains of our culture, and much more. During the next few Monday nights from,  June 14th – July 19th, 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm we will actively equip anyone who would like to join us for  FHL Week 2010  for several outreaches that week. We will be training in evangelism, healing, and many other ways to activate the body of Christ to minister and see results. The harvest is white. You will surely be blessed.

CityWide Gathering !

I would like to thank those who joined us Friday night at our Citywide meeting this Pentecost weekend . We had such a blessed and awesome time in the Lord  .It was a great celebration time together . The Lord surely poured out as many got ministered to and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit .

There was such a pressing into his presence and such a release of his freedom and liberty . The river is surely rising . The windows of heaven were open . We experienced joy , joy , joy . Today Merlin got the privilege to lead 12 people to the Lord at a church where he was a guest speaker and prayed for the Lord to fill them with his Spirit !!

The Liberty and Joy to Worship

Dear brothers and sisters ,

We can sense the river is rising as God’s presence invades the land in our meetings recently .The liberty and joy to worship and experiencing his presence is increasing .

From the book Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets “Releasing the Prophetic Destiny of a Nation ” they say that there will be some kind of liberty thing released in Indiana, some sort of deliverance movement or mantle coming, a liberty in the spirit that would translate…freedom for believers, mass deliverance, jubilee, the captive letting go of something that has to come forth out of Indiana first in the sense of deliverance or freedom, or JUBILEE or LIBERTY, maybe a fullness of liberty, fullness of redemption. Indiana is a first strike state, where the Captain shows up and leads us into victories, to initiate revivals for the rest of the nation.

Another just recent word given about Indianapolis is that the blanket that has been covering her was seen to be removed . Indy is to be a city where the Lord is going to inhabit .  It’s going to be a city where there are signs and wonders .

What we have been pressing in is to actually put actions to what we prophetically hear about our city . We are equipping anyone who desires to get equipped and send them out with purposeful outreaches . We have been seeing people get saved , delivered and healed . The bible says .Faith without works is dead  .

Northside Vineyard CC and IHOP have been praying for the city every Friday night. Vineyard CC has been in a season of 24/7 prayer and seeking the Lord for transformations for the individual, as well as the people of God and for redemption from those things that hinder us in this span of 50 days from Passover to Pentecost. This is the weekend of the Pentecost when God came in power.

FHL-CityWide Gathering Team has been focusing on training and equipping throughout the month of April in preparation for this upcoming CW Gathering. We are expecting the May 21st 7pm gathering at the Vineyard on the Northside to be the largest since starting our breakthroughs at different locations.We are partnering with IHOP Indy and different ethnic Christian groups.

We have been praying and preparing for the move of God on May 21st as this will be leading up to the
FHL Prayer Walk at the Monument Circle on July 25th.

This is my very first blog for FHL CityWide Prayer!  I thought I would start with a testimony I received from one of our CityWide Prayer participants.  Here’s what she had to say:

I loved the circle.  I absolutely loved standing there worshiping God at the center of our state, center of our government, taking back the land for God.  That was so totally cool.  Loved hearing the areas of our city (education, government, etc.) being prayed over, prophesied into, etc.

Words, prayers and declarations from the July, 2003 50 State Tour in Indiana

* Will Ford, III – Indiana, God is dreaming about you!

* Jim Chosa - ”Oh, Indiana if you only knew. if you only understood what I have placed in the land, the deposits that I have spoken and released by My Word—the seed of the Word that is in the heart of our nation in Indiana.”

*Chuck Pierce- You will have tremendous conflicts but the evangelistic gift will be restored in Indiana. You’ll be sending out from Indiana throughout the world. You are an Army in Indiana filled with God’s presence, God’s Love. You are going to be cohesive enough that you move in this state so you change the atmosphere of the state. Under stand these are key times, understand them and move forward and liberate the harvest field of Indiana.

* Dutch Sheets : Are there some new beginnings for America that are to begin in Indiana. Maybe Indiana is supposed to be a coat of many colors, maybe you are a key to some things that have to do with healing a nation, some kind of liberty thing that God wants to bring to Indiana some sort of deliverance movement or mantle…coming to you maybe there is a liberty in the spirit that would translate freedom for believers, but mass deliverance, jubilee, the captive letting go of something that has to come forth out of Indiana first in the sense of deliverance or freedom or Jubilee or liberty; maybe .a fullness of liberty, fullness of redemption.

There is something to do with firsts. First strikes that have to do with this state that are first for the nation. This is a forerunning state in the sense of covenant, asking people to move into a higher level of covenant. First Strike -Jericho- Maybe the Son is saying “I want to be a First Strike Captain in Indiana.” Maybe He is going to lead you into some victories to initiate , revivals for the rest of the nation. I am just going to tell you right now, They are.it is coming!

First Strike places have to do with miraculous provisions , the supernatural element of the Lord that comes and begins to multiply. It must have to do with some sort of multiplying of harvest. Maybe where God is about to strike first is this younger generation, and the revival in the college campuses is going to start right here in Indiana. ”Lord, .is it going to begin in Indiana or is this going to be one of the “First Strike” states. First Strike people have to be people who insist on heavenly strategy!

Invite those who have same heart and desire.

God is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh!

It’s been a while since I posted a blog. I’m going to try to keep you updated more often of the events to come. This is a wonderful hour of God’s outpouring and at FHL we are determined to be right in the flow! The time has come.

It is now that God is pouring out His Spirit on all flesh. – Acts. 2 :17 .

More confirmation:

Isaiah 60:2 … “For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you. …

Habakkuk 2:14 “… For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the  glory of Jehovah as the waters cover the sea. …”

Haggai 2: 6-9 “This is what the LORD Almighty says: ‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land. I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the LORD Almighty.  ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the LORD Almighty.  ‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the LORD Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the LORD Almighty.”

Can you imagine an outpouring of God’s Presence that contains all the past revivals into one? Millions of souls drawn into the Kingdom. Experiences of God’s glory poured out on new and old believers. People returning to their first love. Can you remember how ” hot ” you were for the Lord when you first believed? The fear and awe and reverence of the Lord will permeate your being and affect your atmosphere everywhere you go.What about being used by the Lord to heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons and bring souls into the Kingdom? We are each commissioned by our Lord to “..GO into all the world.” – (Mark 16 : 15). We don’t need permission to obey the scriptures. Just Go! Taste first and see that the Lord is good then give out what you receive.

What does this look like personally? As God’s Presence gets thicker on the earth as it descends and his glory rises up in your heart it will affect your flesh and you will experience a greater revelation of His love, peace and joy because the Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and Joy in the Holy Ghost. There is something though we have to do to receive. We have to start with a hunger for more of God’s presence. If you don’t have a hunger then pray for a hunger and do what you did when you first believed. Your river inside will respond and release to your flesh – mind, will, emotions that God has already put inside of you. Have others pray for you. Come and dine – it’s for you and yours!

We, as a CityWide ministry effort  are pressing into activities to see the body restored, re-visioned and refreshed in God’s Presence to cause them to be active citizens of Kingdom expansion. We are equipping, healing, and many opportunities to join in on what God is doing in the city. We manifest the joy and see regular impartations of it. We are seeing healings and restorations take place.

We at Faith, Hope and Love CityWide Wish You a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year To Come ! Pt. 1

It’s been an exciting year as I was privileged to join the team this past spring  I love what the Lord is doing in FHL, the relationships that have been built, and the outreach to the city that the Lord has favored us to take part in.The Lord has been very much the flame that has knit our hearts together.

We had wonderful times of going around the city praying, worshiping and centering our intercessory efforts on the circle this past summer. During FHL week many of us took that opportunity to minister in the by-ways and high-ways to at least 7 outreaches that week and many were touched and saved. Just this month we had 3 outreaches last weekend, more got saved and more outreaches to come. There is a mobile food pantry coming December 19, 2009 at 9425 East 30th Street. Volunteers should come 9 am to 2 pm. Intercessors are very welcome to pray for the people and pantry.

Now together we are demonstrating the power and love of God in more tangible ways during our Citywide times together. Just recently the Lord is beginning to expand our tent pegs and to create the banks of the river to flow into the city to places we’ve not gone before to bring his presence. I am looking forward to the new year and the great things the Lord is going to do!

Donations needed ! (Please See Our Donate link Below-It’s Easy!)

I’m also asking as I’ve never made an appeal for donations to consider a one time end of the year donation and or consider FHL as a missionary effort to the city and donate and plant a gift once a month.  The Lord blesses with goods but with donations decreasing over all with financial difficulties, people have a tendency to stop or slow down on their giving.

Not only do I serve FHL with all my heart as unto the Lord but we regularly give monthly. The Lord keeps blessing Don and I beyond what we could bless ourselves. I’m not going to allow the enemy to steal my harvest so I’m going to keep on planting and planting and the seeds must keep on coming up and producing a harvest! I’ve not ever seen the righteous forsaken or his seed begging for bread when we depend on HIM.

We can literally out give the government and put them out of business and meet the needs of the people. Wouldn’t that be a sight to the nation! A city independent of the government doing the works of God bringing in the harvest and no one can stop them because God is the one fanning the flame.  (Part 2 to follow)

This past Sunday, the 13th, Merlin spoke at the Midtown Vineyard Church. If you want to read more about it, checkout the next Faith, Hope and Love Official Blog.

Facts about FHL and what God has done (so far) in 2009

• ” One of our farms generated 18,000 lbs of produce valued at $2/lb this year. FHL also had cultivated farms in Avon, and Fortville. A church in Greenwood had offered FHL to cultivate 10-acre farm land and will be in operation in 2010.” – Merlin Gonzales, President FHL International Inc.
• FHL had a least 1200 volunteers during FHL Week each of them averaging 4 hrs volunteer time plus several regular volunteers at the FHL office year round.
• Three vehicles were donated to FHL and 2 will be donated to refugee families and the other one will be for the FHL farming and outreaches.
• Other ministries such as oil changes, the projects that were done during FHL Week (Ex. in Elizaville, IN alone, we had 4 house demolitions, in Noblesville had concrete poured in a community center, remodeled a community clubhouse and hundreds other projects during the week).
• ESL/SSL Classes worth at least $500/student. Discipleship training. In the last 16 weeks, Merlin Gonzales preached at 13 different churches and ministries.
• One of the most amazing aspects of FHL is  the value of goods , volunteer time , service projects and ministry adds up to over 1/2 million dollars .

These physical accomplishments are nothing compared to the people that we touched who decided to change their lives for eternity. We average at least 2 salvations a week from the different outreaches we have on a weekly basis.

FHL ministry may look simple but it is very diverse and it provides hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of projects and services throughout Metropolitan Indianapolis. It is amazing, only by the grace of God that a paid one-staff organization can accomplish so much.

FHL is in its 5th year of existence. The impact that it has in Indiana is recognized by the churches, government, businesses and educational institutions…just exactly what our vision is. It is not that FHL is after recognition but it is a fact that FHL make positive impact in our communities. FHL may look like unorganized but its impact is larger than many ministries of our size…both physically and spiritually. Would FHL be missed if it cease its existence? We whole-hearted believe…Yes.

The ‘Spiritual Demographics’ is changing and we are at the forefront of it attracting the unbelievers through our practical approach to serve, preaching the Gospel with tangible expression of God’s love and loving people unconditionally. Thank you for your support and prayers!

We Win in 2010!

Everyone invited for this time of equipping , activation , impartation and revelation for hands on training for baptism of the Holy Spirit , prophetic , hearing God , deliverance , joy impartation , healing , holiness and prayer life . Some of the staff at FHL will be coming back from a leadership conference at Toronto Canada – the revival center of the world and plan on bringing back the three fold river impartations ! Merlin – FHL founder will be exhorting and revealing the city plan as well as much activations and ministry times .

Updates: Merlin & Annie will soon be in Toronto visiting ministries there. On Tuesday, the 19th, Gloria Grocholski and I will be joining them at the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship for the Pastors & Leaders Conference and will be receiving impartation as well. Internationally recognized leaders will be there such as John Arnott of TACF, Bill Johnson of Bethel Church & C. Peter Wagner, Author. We are expecting ‘Cluster Anointings’. On the 25thand 31st , we will impart with you what we received from Toronto.

I wouldn’t want to miss this these opportunities to expect to Win in 2010 ! For me it’s been a year of stretching and growing  as He moved me into new connections and destiny  . God is so good ! He keeps those beside me and we walk together and they take me by my hand as I take others . I am so grateful for where I’m at in FHL . I love the genuine relationships , the love and the joy we are experiencing . The presence of the Lord when we meet together is increasing because we have received the spirit of unity poured out on us PS.133 – I’m expecting great blessings .

It’s a season of outstanding glory falling in the land. It’s a time of shaking (Haggai 2), yes, but those who trust in the Lord will stay protected Ps. 91, Ps. 27. Many destinies being birthed . Dreams too good to be true ! The Message bible – (Psalm 126: 1-3) It seemed like a dream, too good to be true, when God returned Zion’s exiles.  We laughed, we sang, we couldn’t believe our good fortune. We were the talk of the nations—  “God was wonderful to them!” God was wonderful to us;  we are one happy people. It will be a year of pouring out his new wine and He is right now ! (NIV Joel 3) In that day the mountains will drip with sweet wine, and the hills will flow with milk. Water will fill the stream beds of Judah, and a fountain will burst forth from the Lord’s Temple,  watering the arid valley of acacias. He’s coming to restore the broken hearts , to restore vision and dreams . It will be a year of getting to know God more intimately , (Amp. Bible) Eph. 3 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!

It will be a year of Him doing things far above what we can think or desire as we allow Him to work in us . (Eph 3:1-20) “Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, HE is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]

Here is a testimony of one of our volunteers:

FHL is a place to come when you’re hungry to find a place to serve and to pour out what the Lord has placed in your heart for those in need both physical and spiritually. I found FHL also to be a safe place also to heal from wounds that I did not even know existed.  The staff is warm, loving and cared for my needs. Through this family (FHL) I was prayed for, loved, accepted and ministered to. This made lasting changes through the Love of Jesus ministered through the people of FHL. When your serving is making a difference for the Kingdom you can expect the enemy to try and distract you to make you want to give up and quit.  Issues may arise from many different areas in your personal life as they did in mine but if we keep our eyes on Jesus and lay every burden down at the cross we can move forward in freedom. Once I got the revelation that the enemy was setting traps to get me distracted and quit, I gained victory over them through Jesus. The FHL family was always there to pray for me and my family. I had not been through anything like this before because I was not doing anything that would have any impact for the Kingdom even though I was in church every Sunday.  I am thankful to FHL for all they have offered me a place of acceptance, a place to serve and be served. A place to both share the Love of Christ and to receive the Love of Christ. I am truly blessed to be a part of Faith Hope & Love International and you can be, too. A night to celebrate City Transformation

Faith Hope and Love Citywide will be meeting Feb. 28th 6pm at  Cornerstone Family Worship Center at
6455 E. Washington St. Indianapolis , In. 46219 .
It’s a warehouse at the end of Kenyon street – going south on Kenyon off Washington it sits on the right side .

Every Monday night 7:30 pm training for reigning for ministry team activations – everyone invited !

Radical worship , radical praise , warfare for the territory we will  Worship until He comes .
Come to  receive ministry and get more activations !
We had a great time at the Vineyard this past month .
We had radical worshipers dancing before the Lord .
We had an outbreak of joy and much healing . Let’s do it again .

Word For you !
I’m hearing to raise the standards and go higher .
Glory of Zion this week ” You have been deferring to those around you .
You have waited on people around you to catch up with you and to recognize and justify the stances that you are taking and the places you are moving .
But the Lord says if you’ll stand up and take the place of where I’m moving and hear my voice , those that are waiting around you will hear my voice .
Have the courage to move forward in what you hear me say .
They will come as they stand and watch the river of people of my own begin to form and move forward according to what I say . “

Every Monday night training at 7:30 pm at FHL office 8383 Craig Street Indianapolis .

We will alternate each week between training to release the prophetic ,release decrees, going deeper in the glory of God , deliverance and healing .  This is the day of the saints  equipping every believer to do even greater works of Jesus and by-passing the church of Acts. God is waiting for the church of Jesus Christ to declare His reign over the region with shouts of joy , declarations and decrees . We are a might force together ! The angels of the Lord are released for our assistance , protection from any harm at our word Ps 91 – Ps 103

This Is A New Day of Restoration

This is a new day of restoration, Zion is restored in truth in light . For the praises of God’s people are within her . She worships the Lord with all her might !

10:00am: Merlin Gonzales, founder of FHL International, will be speaking at Bread of Life during the service.

TBA: In the afternoon, the CityWide Ministry Team will be offering a session of equipping, activations and revelation.

4:30pm: CityWide Ministry Team will meet with Jann at for a brief meeting. Gloria will be leading us in a time of intercession from 4:45-5:45pm. Open to everyone.

FHL CityWide Prayer Testimonies

God’s Presence has been evident in our gatherings! We recently received this testimonial from Julie…She is a metal sculptor and uses the strength of her upper body to create and form her pieces of art. Over the years she has injured her back and shoulders as a result of such hard work. Here is part of her blessed testimony to God’s healing power:

What God is doing through FHL is amazing and I am so thankful to have attended some of your gatherings. On November 15th (2009) at New Covenant Church, a blockage that was keeping me from speaking in tongues was removed! I had been stuck for a number of years. I also received healing in my right arm and hand. I had a condition in the palm of my hand called Dupuytren’s disease and a condition called Frozen shoulder. The lump and stiffness left my hand and I received greater range of motion in my shoulder, Praise God! Praise God! Praise God! for these works! ….
